Support FAQs1. How do I get started? Congratulations on your decision to educate yourself further. Simply enroll in the course of your choice, submit the appropriate fee, and your materials with instructions are mailed to you. Review the Designations page for details. If your firm is interested in making our coursework available to agents, brokers, or staff, please see the Education page for more information. How long will it take me to complete the course? Our Personal Retirement Planning Specialist requires viewing/participating in a total of 24 hours of web casts (two 120 minute sessions per week for 6 weeks) and additional self-study time as needed. You are allotted one and 1/2 hours for the final exam. How do I get help with the online recordings? The recordings of our courses are all in Windows Media format, and are streamed from our server so that you do not have to download these large files. However, a slow internet connection and a Firewall or Firewall software (such as Norton Internet Security) will prevent you from viewing them. Please temporarily disable any firewall and use a high speed internet connection. If you require further assistance, please email us for technical support. My materials did not arrive/ My login does not work Materials are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to three days for arrival. If it has been longer than that, please call MCP Premium Technical Support at 866-764-8880 x3. If you have been able to login in the past, please try the "lost password" utility to have the information sent to you again.
